Both the annual contract amount and the total contract amount hit the domestic market record, making the project a sanitation service PPP Project with the largest amount through open tendering in the history of the industry.

Shenzhen Futian District Government Sanitation PPP Project has a service period of 10 years, including a 2-year construction period, with a total project amount of RMB 1,119 million and a ROT (Rehabilitate-Operate-Transfer) operation mode. The service scope of the project is Futian Street (except Shennan Avenue), Nanyuan Street (except Shennan Avenue), Binhe Road and Futian Section of Binhai Road (bounded by Haiyuan Road 1).

Nanan City Urban and Rural Domestic Waste Sanitation Integration Project is a project with a service period of 16 years. It was put into operation in May 2019.

The Orange Isle Intelligent Clean Scenic Area Project is implemented in a market-oriented way with a service period of 7 years, which was officially put into operation in July 2018.
