The urban and rural sanitation integration project in Rongcheng County, Xiong'an New Area is implemented in a market-oriented way, with a service period of 3 years and a total project amount of about RMB 219 million, covering a wide range, including 1) urban areas, five towns and three townships and 114 administrative villages under their jurisdiction, 2) provincial roads, county roads, township roads, and village-to-village connecting lines, 3) four rivers and five canals, urban and rural ponds and slope protection. The service includes road cleaning, green belt cleaning, garbage collection and removal, sanitation facilities management, sanitation operation company management, sanitation operation personnel management and digital management of sanitation operation.
