Shimen County Sanitation Integration PPP Project has a service period of 20 years and a total project amount of RMB 785 million. This project is the first implementation project of Hunan's overall environmental governance, and it is also Hunan’s first PPP Project of Garbage Collection and Transportation System in a county on the list of National Key Eco-Function Districts Counties. Through the establishment of a green and efficient sanitation operation platform covering the whole county, designing the whole process and managing the whole link, the environmental issues in the whole county can be fully addressed.

Highlights of the project:
• Investing in sanitation machinery and equipment to comprehensively improve the mechanization and refinement of sanitation operations;
• Establishing a perfect urban and rural garbage collection and transportation system, and creating a "half-hour garbage collection circle" to ensure daily garbage clearance;
• Establishing a new set of environmental and sanitation information management system to realize intelligent scheduling and dynamic planning.
